The goal of this project was to transform a traditional meeting room into a more modern and engaging space for collaboration. A custom-built LED video wall was selected as the centrepiece, giving the room a completely different visual character while creating a more practical environment for meetings and presentations.
The display was designed to provide seamless visuals with vibrant colours and ultra-high resolution. This allows presentations, digital content, and visual materials to be displayed with clarity and consistency, ensuring that everyone in the room can easily follow what is being presented.
The LED wall also plays an important role in video conferencing. Its large, high-quality display creates a more immersive experience and provides a clear platform for remote meetings, presentations, and collaborative sessions. Rather than simply functioning as a screen, it becomes an integral part of how the room is used.
Beyond its technical capabilities, the installation was carefully considered as part of the overall room design. The result is a meeting space that feels more contemporary, capable, and visually refined, while providing the flexibility needed for everyday business communication and collaboration.
